Do you remember the day we left earth?
Where all we had was without worth
Life was broken
War had erupted
...

There was a war in heaven
After years of peace
There was a disagreement
In a matter without appeasement
...

She’s not the kind of girl who would lie
Someone you might trust your life with
Who will whisper words of love
Promising what people look for eternally
...

There was a girl who told me things
How being with her would give my life the wings
That I had sorely missed since my youth
And now my soul is gone for what it’s worth
...

I have a feeling this will be a good year
Starting it off with a great time with people near
Having no thoughts to bring me fear
Knowing the people who hold me dear
...

Sitting on the edge of my bed
Wondering what a life I’ve led
To be able to have visited so many places
To have known so many faces
...

He’s a real lonely man
Sitting there with no long term plan
Thinking in his own frame of mind
Appearing to speak with a lack of foresight
...

When you wake up there
With a bitter taste
As your life breaks down around
Don't lose your crown
...

When I start staring at my clock
My mind begins to take a walk
Across the streams of thoughts that cloud my mind
Going past fascinating facts found
...

I sit here looking out
And it leaves me no doubt
That it’s going to be a hot day
While I’m on my way
For perhaps a long day of fun
Right beneath the Sun
...

The Spirit of Humanity lives in the souls of all mankind
Isn't it but in our nature to be the KIND?
I look around at my surroundings and this world
When did we all become so cold?
...

I look at the world for what it is
To see what we all have missed
The world has changed manifolds
Yet this all feels very droll
...

Through the Dark Night
I walk all alone
Looking For reasons
My life's Torn
...

The Day We Left The Earth

Do you remember the day we left earth?
Where all we had was without worth
Life was broken
War had erupted
Our resources dwindled to obscurity
We lived with insecurity
Nature had been destroyed by man
And in her final moments she annihilated us
Her torturers for millennia
Where came this end?

The horrors of what had occurred
Were nothing compared to what was to come
Despite our knowledge of the universe
We ignored what we lived on
Ignored the power of the unstoppable
And now we paid
Yes, we did pay

Do you remember the day we left earth?
Leaving all behind to rot
Kept our species' last few relics
Launched them into space
From genius creations and discoveries
To memories and works of the masters
Books on our kind and evolution
Stories of Earths greatest champions
Maybe one day someone would find
The brightest parts of a dead world
The darkest night had begun.

Humanity was in utter darkness
We were now powerless
Escaping our dead old world
In hordes of giant ships
Fleeing were the ones with foresight
With no end in sight
I guess in space, no one could hear us
But most importantly
No one could save us......

Very few hours ago
We talked over dinner tables
A dictator in the west
The rise of the east
Poverty and death in the south
And extreme uncertainty in the north
Everything was moot and pointless
It was now the death of the Human race

Do you remember the day we left earth?
How we ran from Armageddon
Hell had descended
There were no devils and no angels
No Satan or God
Just nature
Who had initiated a self-destruct
And taken down all of humanity with her
Into the forever pit of nothingness
A reply to what we did to other species among us
Do you remember how the Earth Cracked?
The oceans roared and tore the plains
We looked at each other and knew
THIS WAS THE END
Without looking back
Without time to lose
There were 8 Billion of us
Now only 13 Thousand
The rest engulfed in the abyss
Of the fiery pit of our creation

Do you remember the day we left earth?
I looked at you and said
Will it all begin again?
And you, for the first time
Were silent in tears.
