People say you'll never make it
put your hopes and dreams in a bag
and throw them far away
But I did what wasn't expected

There's nothing as refreshing as a Sunday Evening,
sitting in the trees,
enjoying the cool breeze,
reminding myself there's nothing to fret,

This is what would happen if the world ended,
with the electromagnetic waves of the earth going boom and the, sky covered with a dark gloom.

Everything that once stood tall took a great fall.

Our planet Earth,
the place where we were all birthed,
a place so diverse,
it would take forever to fully traverse,

Ils disent qu'il n'y avait rien que tu aurais pu faire,
que tu étais trop jeune,
Ils disent que ce n'est pas ta faute,
tandis que je suis complètement anéanti,

As time passes memories fade away
with each new step
it leads to another gateway
As time progresses,

Alors que le temps passe, les souvenirs s'estompent
avec chaque nouveau pas
cela mène à une autre porte d'entrée
À mesure que le temps avance,

When times are gray
When nothing seems to be going your way
When things aren't sound
and when the whole

We don't know what the future holds,
whether it be a future of gold
or a story of failure behold,
we don't know if we'll forever be brave and bold,

They say there is nothing you could have done,
you were too young,
They say It's not your fault,
while I'm completely distraught,

When we were young,
stories we were told,
of men strong and bold,
stories of men going to war,

Best friends,
the only people I could rely on,
ten out of ten,
all the moments we shared,

As I walk the streets,
feeling the massive sun's heat,
I look into the beautiful blue sky,
wondering if I'll ever be back at this place,

Oh bring me back to the times when we were young,
when we had loads of fun,
our minds completely innocent and free,
bring me back to the times when there was no stress,

The sun sets
and a force arises
a presence of evil has awoken
amidst the atmosphere

Girls like you are rare
never seen a girl like you with so much flare
I always admire that beauty
while fulfilling your duty

Mothers, they always seem to bother
sometimes you wish they would call another
the person who gave us our birth
and valued our worth

There's this thing called Social Anxiety
Not knowing if I'll ever be able to
function in this society
This feeling of being constantly trapped in a cage

Another day, which I have survived
It's only a miracle that I am alive
As I scan the streets in this massive sun heat
I wonder what next I'm going to eat

It's time to rise and shine
the sunlight from the window
is like a heavenly divine
I open my door

The Best Poem Of Jordane Parkes

Never Give Up

People say you'll never make it
put your hopes and dreams in a bag
and throw them far away
But I did what wasn't expected
and look where I am today
They say I won't be successful
but now I'm reaping the rewards
and I'm fruitful
When people put you down
Pick yourself and put on a crown
When people say you'll fail
keep strong and prevail
