Marlena Rose Poems

She hated her life
She wanted to die.
Every night when she came home
She started to cry.
...

Memories run together,
Some fade away.
Like the seasons of changing weather,
None here to stay.
...

Throw grudges to the wind
For one knows not what lies around the bend.
Love with your very core
Though it may not be for ever and more.
...

You broke her heart
Tore it apart.
You nearly ruined her life.
So now I will end yours with my knife.
...

Listen to the wind
Mother Nature calls to thee
Now you must out
Out to see the world's beauty
...

Going too fast
Hit those railroad tracks
Don't know why the others lived
And that one young boy died
...

Gone with the wind they say
The ghost of my past.
Coming here to stay
The ghost of my future.
...

8.

My muse is beautiful.
My muse is handsome.
My muse is wonderful.
My muse is sometimes lonesome.
...

Before you put that gun to your head
Remember all the good times.
Before you put that gun in your mouth
Remember all you said to them.
...

Red runs down
A pale white arm
Morbid fascination
Eyes linger too long
...

When you feel so alone
And your world crumbles down
You scream all your pain
And no one hears a sound
...

The world will fall
The light will rise
And the Darkness of Death
Will leave your eyes
...

Blue skies cloud with gray,
A downpour is on it's way.
Some inside will hide their eyes,
But I will go out and play.
...

14.

Walls around hearts
Are steadily made,
Because the holders of them
Keep being betrayed.
...

Will you let others see
The sheen of your scars?
Or will you hide them
Under a concealing smile
...

In the woes of the
heart and the head,
The mind is not seeing
That the heart is dead.
...

Here am I,
My most loyal friend.
Here to comfort you;
To help your heart to mend.

She hated her life
She wanted to die.
Every night when she came home
She started to cry.
She slit her wrists
To kill the pain.
Everynight
She cut a vein.
The blood runs down
Her pale white arm
Her parents had no idea
Of what was going on.
Then one day she found the gun
In her dad's top drawer.
A few seconds later
She was dead on the floor.
Her parents thought of her
Every night
Hoping and praying
She went toward the right light.

Please stop teen suicides.
