From the engine breathing street
To the dimmed lighting of the atmosphere
And my 'slip' into the deep

I am only human
My soul bleeds out for it's only calling
My hands breathe from my mind
My eyes seek through the rainbow
...

I fear I may have lost the plot,
Moved far from my pen
Become as blank as the pages
Hence I scream for refuge...
...

Look into my eyes, beloved
These are the sacred charms
Of my soul
...

A page a day, I told myself
Will keep the mad man away
A word per hour, I thought
Will make me sane
...

I never had the chance to tell you what confusion your departure unleashed…

Blurred pyramids of vacating flesh
Sea waves in my ear
Straight from my soul
...

Maddening happiness,
Comical puns and nurtured calmness,
Dimpled smiles...
I once lived
