When Mind is not agitated
When stomach is not Heavy
Preferably Morning and Evening
Wear Loose Robes
Choose a Silent Place of sanctity
Sit and Feel Relaxed in a chair
Support your Back, not the Head
Little Erect and Little Smiling
Just close your Eyes
Forget all worries
Slowly Inhale and Exhale
Feel the Breath
Watch yourself from outside
Visualize yourself like Buddha
Watchfully see your Thoughts
Don't block your Thoughts; Just Ignore
Effortlessly Focus on Breath!
Just watch the mind
Don't block your Thoughts; Just Ignore
Come back to watching Breath
Repeat the Process

20-30 Minutes Pass
I am LOST in the Profound VOID
I was in Alpha State (8–12 Hz)
I enjoyed this Alpha state
I feel deeply relaxed
I Slowly and Gently open my Eyes
Come out from my Alpha State
I rub my Palms, Produce Heat
Gently wipe my face
I slowly getup
I move and walk gently
I Repeat this Twice a Day
Preferably, Same Place, Same Time
I don't boast about this Experience to anyone
I become Silent. I become Quiet
I AM ETERNAL, I AM BLESSED,
I AM THE GOD BECOMING
I AM EVERYTHING, I UNDERSTAND

I would like to translate this poem
A simple and practical session on meditiation. It inspires me a lot to meditate regularly. But unfortunately, over these years, I have not been successful in doing so. So I have taken to alternative forms of this activity for now such as gardening, cooking, sketching, listening to music but staying away from the idiot box, watching the clouds, looking at birds, trees, flowers, butterflies and so on. I am still hopeful that some day I will surely not only be able to meditate but also reach the alpha state and find myself in the profound void.
