(1) Open To Beauty Poem by Uriah Hamilton

(1) Open To Beauty

I have to learn to bless and not to curse,
to cheerfully share and not begrudge,
to be open to beauty and not confine anything
as unworthy and profane,
to seek the well being of all souls
and not to be the enemy of any.

I want to shake the hand of anyone
who outlasts me in some meaningful pursuit
and return my way to the next goal
that will enrich my existence.
