And on this day we bid farewell
to our dear respected comrade
and confine them to the hidden ones
from where they came long ago
we shall remembering the words that they spoke
and they shall adorn the memorial in their honour

'We all die but do we really die
in the hearts and minds of those
who truly cared about us
we can live on forever

If you never forget us
we will become immortal
even if it is for a limited time
we will be there to walk with you
while we are here you are not alone

We will look for you at the gates
when the sun finally sets on your world
