25 - Cigarette Smiles And Alcohol Stained Kisses

Rating: 5.0

Dirty cigarette smiles
And alcohol stained kisses
Curled up like a frightened child
As she so painfully reminisces
The tourniquet wrapped tightly
Around her needle bruised arm
A life time of helpless regret
A life time of agonizing self-harm
Lost memories of a lonely child
With her mascara run tears
Trapt deep down beneath
Her dark macabre fears
Lying cold and still upon the floor
A bloodstained knife in her hand
Her innocent eyes now closing
As she leaves this wicked land
