277. Let Me Be Your Kitten Poem by Jaden Knight

277. Let Me Be Your Kitten

Would you let me be your kitten
with fur as black as coal
I'd run around and play all day
and share your pillow at night

Would you let me hear you singing
and even join in with my meows
I'd love to hear you all the time
the voice of heavenly angel

Would you let me snuggle close all day
and fill the room with my purrs
I'll love the feel of you stroking me
as I fall asleep in your arms

Will you let me be your kitten
and watch me as I grow with your love
I'll stay close to you all my life
and try to brighten yours everyday
