Re-felting the shed roof
The holes let in rain
I did it last year
But it’s gone once again
I’ve got a step-ladder
And lots of felt tacks
A flask of hot soup
With a few tasty snacks
A job of this size
Takes a great deal of planning
And the right sort of felt
For the roof you are spanning
I picked up my hammer
First tack went straight through
And so too did I
So no more could I do
