443. Tour My Mind Poem by Jaden Knight

443. Tour My Mind

So you would like to go on a tour of my mind
am not sure that it is wise
if you insist I will take you
but I will have to be your guide

Safety equipment is a must
if you wish to make it through
understanding is your greatest weapon
but also your best defence

The ground is very unstable
depression tremors happen every week
the volcano of anger erupts frequently
spewing lava over the landscape
it will burn anything it touches
so we must steer clear when the smoke rises

Some of the marble doors
of the library of memories are locked and chained
I do not have a key to open them
please do not attempt to force them
it is best for everyone that they remain locked for now

There is a garden of happiness
where we can enjoy our lunch
it grows and shrinks according to mood
right now it should hold us all

I hope you enjoyed the tour of my mind
am happy we all made it through safely
I will not be doing this again
so I hope that you learnt enough
in order to know who I am
