Dead and dying
Flowers lying
Hanging on
For water trying
Blooms now fall
Once were tall
Many gone
No blooms at all
Petals falling
Some are stalling
Holding on
For water calling
Some stalks bend
Near their end
Nothing can be done
To mend
All went lame
No one came
With some water
What a shame
