Make me a world full of feeling
A world where you’re glad to be seen
Make me a world I belong to
Not one where I wished I’d not been

Make me a friend to rely on
To tell all my troubles and woe’s
Make me a shoulder to cry on
Share feelings with someone who knows

Make me a wardrobe of clothing
To keep me as smart as can be
Make me a little bit different
Stand equal with all who I see

Make me believe in the good things
Put limits on all things so bad
Make me give pleasure too many
To cheer them if they’re feeling sad

Make me just one of the many
Don’t make me stand out in the crowd
Make me achieve my ambitions
And most of all make me feel proud
