He built a tower of his dreams
that he loved to visit at night
tucked away in the snow peaked mountains
away from prying eyes
In the basement he kept his nightmares
under a heavily locked oak trap door
they rattle it on its hinges
as they try to escape
The entrance floor is filled with crazy dreams
ones that make him laugh
he sees them as he arrives
especially funny events
The floor above has the happy dreams
things to cause him to smile
he spends most of his time here
as fantastic memories present themselves
The upper floor and observatory contains the love ones
of romantic fantasies and more
he has a fantastic views from up there
but he doesn't pay much attention
He built a tower of his dreams
away from prying eyes
tucked away in the snow capped mountains
in the country of his mind
