587. Poem by Jaden Knight

587.

Lighting surges through my brain
electrifying every cell
nothing can even come close to matching
except the thunder within my heart

The rain of my tears fall on my cheeks
drowning all in its torrential downpour
seeking to wash away the problems
until the clouds part again

The sun of my eyes shine brightly
illuminating my way with bright rays
occasionally blazing with passion
bring warmth to many who see them

The volcano of my anger is dormant for now
though magma bubbles in the chamber below
all had best beware when it erupts
as no one knows what damage can be caused

The earth of my being travels through my life
in an orbit that can be described as erratic
I seek another to become a symbiont planet
at least until everything comes to an end
