(80) Poolside Poem by David S Dennis

(80) Poolside

Rating: 3.0

The scent of water splash
On sun baked wood
And sunscreen
Bright water patterns
Liquid light ball
Dancing bright spots
Under the sail cloth

Lapping turquoise
Corporeal promise
Shades n breasts
Banana boat highlighted thighs
Limbic intrinsic and when
Did it cross the line?

Warm n lazy tumescence
And my budgie smugglers
Aren’t up to smuggling this
Gotta take a dip
But how can I get
To the pool
With my dignity
Intact
