A Bedtime Song Poem by PAUL COLVIN

A Bedtime Song

Sleepy head, sleepy head, go to bed
Lie down, lie down, and rest your head
And when you give the biggest sigh,
I’ll sing to you a lullaby.

I’ll sing to you of distant lands
I’ll sing to you of diamonds
I’ll sing to you of starry skies
And this will be your lullaby.
