You are one who decides; the one, who commands,
You are the one they depend on, the one they are waiting,
But if you are the boss, never take it home.

You choose the song to sing, and when you dance, everyone dances
You choose what to watch, and when you watch, everybody watches,
You choose what to eat, and all of them eat the same food,
But if you are the boss, don't take it to your friends.

You are the best boss and not the best friend,
You are the best commander but not in your family,
You are the best wife not a great boss
Take leadership home, live the boss in the office
