A Brat's Apology - Poem by Rachel Flint

I was the grass at school
I sang to the teacher
Like a canary
I was very hard to like
I would have punched me

My brother could never do
Anything right
I’d bite my own thumb
And blame it on him
Like a first class actress
I’d turn the tears on
He didn’t stand a chance

Is it too late to say sorry?

Loved it! Witty and just enough precious details to picture the charactors you describe...

Very nice, Rachel. And it's never too late...

It's never too late to say sorry... though it might not be accepted. t x (Report)Reply
