A Change Poem by D.A. Woods

A Change

Rating: 0.5

I've just looked in the mirror,
I've seen a change in myself.
I feel as if I'm a different person,
now I believe in myself.
I have angels in my head,
but will they spread their wings?
Will they sing the new song?

yesterday I walked in the hot, melting sun,
then I closed my eyes, I felt it burn right through.

Time for a disquise.

Angels have just spread their wings.

A new song is heard.

Recently at the poet forum we were talking about your poetry. It was agreed by all, for the most part reading your poems was a completely waste of time. We talked about what your I.Q. could be and it was generally agreed that is was less than a potted plant! Having people like you post poems here discourages some worthy poets from participating. Why don't you be a good guy and delet all of your garbage from this site? Go to another site, like romper room for children where you might fit in better. I assure you and your goofey poems will not be missed.

I am so happy that you no longer see a distorted image of yourself when you face the mirror, I went through that (A TIME FOR A CHANGE) like me, you will also survive! Great poem, well penned, too...keep it up! 10+++
