A Child's Future Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

A Child's Future

Watching a little girl learn how to walk, holding onto a push
cart, taking steps cautiously, stopping to look around her.

Such a wonderful child, her whole life ahead of her, hopefully
she will be just as cautious while growing up.

Staying clear of immorality and holding her God-given values
always close to her heart and mind throughout the years.
