A Choice We Make Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

A Choice We Make

Some people hold on to the past
And cry those forever tears.
Trying to retrieve what won't last,
Unaware the finish line nears.

What was lost must be released,
Mistakes need to be learned from.
The joys of this present could be missed
When we make Sadness our home.

It's a choice we make to let go.
The brave face each day and go on.
For the sun shines again tomorrow
And in life, all things have a reason.

Let it go, yes you are so right. Sometimes the heartache can just take a little time to do so. Thank You

It is true. Everything happens in life for a reason. Loved it.
