A Close Call Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

A Close Call

Rating: 4.5

Your throat is a yawing grave and,
Your tongue is to decieve the world!
I am the hunter and you are the hunted.

A close call to the people out there! !
To prove the Philosophical acts of my mind;
Irked by fictions like "Yamoussoukro"!
But i will saddle my horse to follow after your car.

Obligations and Missions!
Visions along the way;
Out of Trinidad and Tobago with my status.

Rising tides of life! !
Your life,
My life,
Obvious with the things around us;
A close call!
To prove the Philosophical acts of my mind today.
