A Deserted Beach Poem by DM W

A Deserted Beach

Rating: 5.0

A deserted beach:
Early morning in July.
The sea is calming
And the silence is profound.
The waves ebb and flow
Like carefree, spectral dancers.
Moments of beauty
Are so rare in these grey times.
O how I wish I
Could stay here all day long, and
Ever so slowly,
Imbibe Nature's quietude!
