A Few Stolen Moments Of Precious Time Poem by Dorsey Baker

A Few Stolen Moments Of Precious Time

Rating: 5.0

Wickedness weeps
its bitterness
like a raven
that flies
through a mournful sky
a piece of patience
is worth more
than a pot of gold
and a thought
more than words
can convey
slow down you fast tongue
obey
the speed limit!
inform yourself
mortality is the
forbidden fruit
and not likely to change
