A Flower To Auroville Mother-53 Poem by Indira Renganathan

A Flower To Auroville Mother-53

Rating: 5.0

Calla lily, Arum Lily
Botanical name: Zantedeschia aethiopica

when I first met you I did not know that
More variedly colourful too you are
As appear you like Anthurium to me a lot
More opined that almost same you are

Large leaves arrow shaped, white flowers
With orange-yellow spathe in the centre
Beautiful Calla, you're also herbaceous
Grown two feet high from the tubers

Flashy bract securing spadix right way
Sometimes a bouquet of you smiles hearty
As a feast to eyes sweet and cute lofty
And we are warned of your potion anyway

'Large leaves arrow shaped, white flowers With orange-yellow spathe in the centre Beautiful Calla, you're also herbaceous Grown two feet high from the tubers '....fascinating poetic expression. A pious write!
