A Flowers Song Poem by ritty patnaik

A Flowers Song

Rating: 5.0

a million flowers bloom
without reserve,
there is a smile,
which touches the sun,
something unknown
passes........
a mighty message,
for the beholder is born.

the flowers,
beckons him to see,
a small truth of life.

a moment to love,
a moment to cherish,
and a moment to die!

so the moments we live,
should be cherished,
with love,
lest we die.

A beautiful flower song, I like the metaphor and imagine a world where the human heart could be innocent and joyous like those of flowers! A great write Ritty!

Beautiful.............each word unfolds a moment like the unfolding of the notes in your flowers song

There are two great aspects to this apparently simple poem! When I had found a single Orchid blooming in the Enchanted Forest of Muflong in Shillong, it reminded me of -God's lofty thoughts! So later I wrote a poem on it! The ZEN Master always tells his pupils to flow with time's moments and to learn to live in it! For this poem 10+ -Raj
