A Friend - Poem by Julia Mccalman

A friend is someone in which you share your joy
When your mom go shopping someone to share a toy
A friend is someone special that’s always on your mind
Someone to talk to when you’re going through hard times
A friend to me is special, a gift sent from god who I tell my deepest secrets and lean on it’s a bond
It’s like having a twin sister or a different looking you
Friendship yes friendship
I’m glad I have a friend like u.

A simple but effective dedication to a friend. Liked a 'different looking you'. A sweet, easy read.
