A Ghetto Christmas Poem by Ramona Thompson

A Ghetto Christmas

Rating: 3.5

A Jerry Springer inspired parody of the Christmas classic, Let It Snow

Oh, the streets outside are frightful
But my darling with your charms so delightful
I have a plan to save us both
All set and ready to go
If you'll just agree this holiday season to
Be a ho, be a ho, be a ho

The gang wars and our landlord's threats show no signs of stopping
As through our broken windows the bullets and nasty words keep on flying
The electric company has turned all our lights way down low
In fact, I think they just might have turned them off
So babe all I know to get them and the water back on is this
You have to go out there and raise us some major cash flow
By being a ho, being a ho, being a ho

If we survive this crazy a night
How I'll hate kicking you and your bratty kids out into the storm
But hey babe
What else can a gangsta do
When the DNA results say
You ain't never been true
No wonder with your holiday lovin' you've been so uptight
All along it seems
Other guys have been keeping your cheating butt warm

Oh, now baby you tell me that from a S.T.D. you're slowly dying
Too bad girl
Cos this love thug is still thru with you
To our tainted love I'm still gonna be bye-bye-ing

So if you so called love for me is really true
You'll do me this one last favor to help off those credit card bills you ran up
And you'll get out there to do
What it appears you do the best
Be a ho, be a ho, be a ho
