As one year goes another appears,
What's gone you will never forget,
Comfort the blows with smiles not tears,
Don't ever be fuelled by regret.

Remain cool and strong enjoy your life,
Hardship and joy are the norm,
Know right from wrong avoid any strife,
Do be the calm in a storm.

The trials we face each and every day,
Are the reason we are who we are,
Live life with grace if required do pray,
Believe me you will travel far.

Never be afraid, if required do change,
But only if it suits what you want,
Making the grade is not really strange,
To others do be their confidant.

A day at a time is more than enough,
Though life is constantly revolving,
Make it sublime rather than tough,
Don't ever be afraid of evolving.

To everyone out there do something bold,
Do aim for that new frontier,
Show everyone you care let the outcome unfold,
