A Hell On Earth Poem by james watkin

A Hell On Earth

What infamy is done
To Hell's belief.
More scandalous yet mocked!
Masked of Earth's grief.

What in earnest for life's
Carnival hour
Is that despoiled, lust-lit;
Through which to lour.
