A Mother Praise - Poem by Deanna F...
A mother love is so dear to me
It! s like all the sweet that have come from Thee
From her eyes came understanding of things we! ve
done to hurt her standing.
Then came her mouth which spoke of soft words,
to let us know we are hers.
In sickness and in silence she let the way
She prayed we would turn out better each day.
Her dreams were there to caress our fears.
Of all this came only tears.
So dear God each night we pray and thank Thee
for a Mother Praise.
