she hides in her room
the one in that broken home
she walks alone
headphones blaring
trying to drown out the pain
trying to think that it will all be ok
alone and in her own world
to her the words can alters moods
they talk to her
sooth her soul
give her comfort
just to know she is not alone
to anyone whos been thought shit
and needs a way out
needs to be alone
the words of the music is an escape
for they call to what is within you
they calm the raging wars in you mind
if only for a short time
it provides a calm
for a short time she can believe herself
when she says it s all going to be alright
