The perfect picture on FB wall,
With smiles gleaming end to end,
'What a wonderful life weaved',
'No pain nor cry',
So do people often say.
Stories on the Insta Board,
On the magical life that is lived,
'Blessed you are beyond measures',
'Gods perfect gift of peace and joy'
'What a picture perfect way to life'
People often pause to say!
But who would know the demons fought,
Everyday in the dark of nights,
Who would know the tears wiped,
Not all scars would show in bright light,
Not all wounds would heal with time.
You can't always see the pain,
The pain that wrings in ones heart.
As their soul gets torn apart.
So learn to walk gently in others life,
As the bitterest tears shed over graves
Are for unsaid words and undone deeds.
And as the morning sun beams,
The pasted smiles are back to serve,
What do we know other than a prayer,
The surrender of self to that guiding soul,
The light of hope for another 'picture' perfect day!
Part 2. Advice which we know, learned from our own life, but we often forget to practice. What we say to others can not be unsaid. And what we have done can't be undone too.
Wonderful depiction of the ultimate facts of life. Very pertinent thoughts. " So learn to walk gently in others life, As the bitterest tears shed over graves Are for unsaid words and undone deeds." great advice
very thought provoking--we often appear in public behind a mask...5 starred this!
