A Poem On My Clarity In Thinking

A Poem on my clarity in thinking
-Gayathri B. Seetharam
I say busyness is my business
And once in a while, silliness is finesse
And lofty ideals and high ambitions
Which include knitting maple leafs
And crocheting roses
And Chrissy cupcake rings
And a crochet ring with a heart on it
Are the very thing for a beautiful life
And my cup of ambrosia would be full
If I were to earn money for my published work
I have thought of creative business projects, nine of them,
And I shall make Jeremy Corbyn, the British Labour Party leader's fight
Against racism, misogyny and anti-religious extremism
Which is PM Justin Trudeau's fight also,
My fight also for I donate small amounts to charitable causes
And the persistence of the charity workers
Has become irksome
And I hit upon the perfect solution
If you can't fight them, join them
And hence, I who have made small donations to the MLK foundation
In its anti-racism fight AND Plan Canada's I am a girl campaign
In its fight against misogyny
Tried to make a donation to an anti-religious extremism organization
And CHIMP Technology Inc or a Google search does not have any organization listed
Hence I shall start a charitable organization fighting anti-religious extremism
Which would also mean a fight against terrorism
And the other two negative sentiments in society, racism and misogyny
I would not ask donations but would instead make it a vocal fight through
Having an unconscious impact on the minds of the people
By selling greeting cards and T-shirts and mugs
Which would win this fight.
