A Poemsetta

A poemsetta is a vase of words
Crafted by a poet
Filled with the aroma of forgiveness
Every saved sinner knows it
A permeating fragrance there
From which flows out joy and peace
The love of God etched in blood
Pure cleansing for sin's release

God's love never more magnified
Than in the glory of the Cross
Our sustenance the Holy Spirit
Enabling us to live victorious
Fresh are the flowers everyday
Stemming from our poemsetta
Words exchanged accordingly
In regards to the Alpha and Omega

Unlimited as to their supply
They all lead to the Saviour
Who endured the Cross so willingly
That we might know God's favor
Not hard to gather up a handful
To place in the poemsetta vase
For who cannot offer up thanksgiving
To own His worthy cause...
