Oh Lord have mercy
Hold me close...
Embrace my soul
With your Agape love...

Heal my mind, heal my body
Carry me for I am hurting
Carry me until I hurt no more...

As I leave this place of pain and disfunction
Caress me with your wisdom and mercy
Keep my faith from faltering
Place a shield all 'round me
While I war with myself...

I hurt like hell today...
