A Request With Deep Love Poem by Namita Rani Panda

A Request With Deep Love

Rating: 5.0

Please come and sit down by my side
Silent and still
Like a mountain in meditation
By the side of a river,
A sober lover
And I'll gleefully flow
With glittering glow
Touching your feet
Singing song so soothing and sweet.

In bright day light when you'll be drenched with the sunlight
I, in my golden gown
holding your handsome reflection in my soft bosom
Will flow fervently enthralled with your love so genuine!

In lonely nights
When the sky'll be adorned with stars so bright
You'll lie silently bathed in silvery moonlight
I, dressed in my silvery costume, will dance down
Signing a soft sweet song
That'll lull you to deep slumber full of sweet dreams!

In winter when you'll be draped with a blanket of gloom
The warm touch of my lapping fingers
Will be a soothing balm for your gushing wound
And my warm breezy breath will melt down your snow
Which'll be gladly absorbed by my swelling bosom!

In summer when you'll writhe in pain
Through clouds I'll send you my love
And drench you with my cool shower of rain
And wait anxiously like a barn swallow for your reciprocation
That scented with your smell will come back to me again!

So, come and just sit down by my side
My fulcrum!
Holding your hand I will flow pleasantly lifelong by your side
Worshipping you with full dedication
Ever-united in separation
A unique everlasting sweet combination!
