A Shadow May Appear Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Shadow May Appear

Rating: 5.0

Some shadows may appear at the end
You will no more remain as friend
As the day passes it will grow in size
It has to be understood and realized

Shadows are dark and big
They may bother and make frequent dig
They may grow bigger and bigger
You may not be able to bear it longer

It has eternal feeling
It has made me reeling
I wish to dance with tunes
Music too favors with melody and sweet tunes

I have reserved place for her
I am her ardent lover
I praise her for work and dignity
She has fine humor and quality

She may hold pivotal position
Nothing else can be good composition
If that is the way thing may go on
I have nearly come closer and won

Who will assure me that she is for it?
I can only witness shadow in dim light
She is fading away so often
I find for her very difficult to return

It may go on for some more days
She may come forward with some reasonable ways
I shall not hesitate to embrace her
Let the storms stay or wither

She has peculiar character
She is not seasoned actor
She is neither a tormentor
Nor a good commenter

I have observed her skill
She has no tendency to kill
She may have her own thinking
Often I am left with only winking

Well, this is not the way to suggest
It is also very difficult to digest
The sun may be rising from the east
He has ultimately to set in west
