A Silent Death - Poem by Melissa Ferrer
AND IM CRYING
and i have no reason why
thoughts are racing in my head
feelings of dread
feeling the dead
rise up
inside
it bubbles and gurgles
AS I CRY.
AND IM DYING
on the inside
is it a crime
if its not physically
suicide
I remain dead
and in my head
there is a vast fog
and im in the middle
im locked
in
trying to get out
cant let it win
AS I DIE.
AND IM BEING REBORN
Approching souls that were torn
by my menal departure
They are trying to enscare
my thoughts
So im not brought off
again
They are trying to win
a battle
while i stay focused
on winning the war.
I cant concetrate anymore
I look for the light
at the end
but its so dim
so i swim
in my thoughts
trying to be reborn.

I love it! You can feel the emotion pouring out of it. I can't read any more of your poems right now cause I'm short of time since I'm at school right now. but you can bet I will later! (Report)Reply
