A Song Of Thanksgiving Poem by Walterrean Salley

A Song Of Thanksgiving

Rating: 4.9

When I look at the skies
And the sea.
And think upon
All that be—
The radiant sunshine
And the rain,
The crops growing
On the plain,
The birds as
They roam Carefree,
The many blessings
To you and me.
I lift my heart and say
Thank you Lord.

And even during
The course of the day,
When things haven’t
Gone my way,
Still, I lift my heart and say
Thank you Lord.

I lift my heart and say,
Thank You Lord.

A heart lifted up in gratitude in joy and sorrow! A small beautiful hymn! !
