A Soul Is Eternal Poem by Juan Olivarez

A soul is eternal, it will never die.
Though many worlds it will traverse,
Throughout the heavens it will fly.
Till it finds a host with which to merge.

A soul is eternal, and we cannot comprehend,
The workings of a God made thing.
It has no beginning and it has no end,
Flying in an ever widening ring.

A soul is eternal and we will never know,
The wonders that it has seen through time.
A life giving force that continues to grow,
Hiding the eternal rhyme.
