Once I felt the brutal brunt of negligence
And thrown away in contempt for being useless
And fell upon a crack of a wall like a seed
Remained there uncared unnoticed
But I took the advantage of all the avoidance
And germinated into a sapling
With a strong will
With the help of air, dew and sun rays
In no time I became a plant with huge roots
And broke down the wall smashed flat
Now every passer- by at least once
Look at me in wonder
And says in murmur what a tree!
