A Story Of A Kite Poem by Abdul Wahab

A Story Of A Kite

Rating: 5.0

A girl like a fairy came to me
And wanted to be a kite
For her I spread my chest
And created a space to fly her
One day she touched the cloud
And asked me if I could be a piece of land
I became flat and let her pour as rain
She used to rain for few days
And told me many stories of drought -life
Then she sat on a bough of a tree
I fixed my legs and stood still
And it was on the bank of a bay
So she showed me some crocodiles
Then she wished to be a flower
So I became a garden bee
In one fine morning
I told her to become
An eye of my storm
Instead of becoming a sight
She became the drops of my eyes.

Beautifullllllll and touchy to the core... Love is all about giving without any expectations. Tears are the gift of love.10
