A story of success

Yes, I can make it! Five years since
A campaign undertaken along with Anna and associates
To fight corruption at high places
Passed through many a trouble inflicted with distress
Yet never did he feel with strength exhausted
Walked the heat with courage so sublime and unafraid
Emerged at length with such an incredible mandate
In New Delhi for Arvind Kejriwal as the choice honest and best
The defeated must learn while licking his wounds
So too the winner accept while raising so much hopes and sounds
Easy to make but difficult to fulfill
Yet no harm is seen in trying things best and honest possible
The days of selling dreams are over
For the voter can, and will the whiplash deliver
Some say, the Congress and the BJP look like relics of the past
And AAP is the new sensation of the present
One is sticking to the old mould of religious superiority
And another experimenting politics of dynasty
While new one offering polity transparent and clean
Hence unprecedented political mood-swing in its favor as seen
Whatever it may be Delhi needs good governance
That trickles down to every citizen of its populace
Let's wish Kejriwal and his associates their best
To pursue their ideals to deliver the best to Delhi electorate
Keeping in mind the basic requirement of all segments
Be it Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs or Christians
For, India, as Mahatma Gandhi said, is a bouquet of these flowers
One without the other is like an aroma without flavor

Let us hope that AAP becomes a precursor of many a good things to come. India is and will always remain a bouquet of rich fragrant flowers encompassing rich diversity of cultures and faith. However, we should not be complacent and remain vigilant. Great lines.

'Easy to make but difficult to fulfill Yet no harm is seen in trying things best and honest possible' Really it is. Very nicely envisioned the great success of AAP at New Delhi. Thanks for sharing.

Great thoughts in the wake of a sweeping victory for the AAP in Delhi Elections. It is a conclusive proof that corruption can be identified in the long run by the commoners and they can wield their power to resist it! So much hopes are raised about good governance...! . Of course fulfilling them is not quite easy! Still let us hope for the best! Great write Deepak!
