A SWEET REPOSE
Howsoever painful and tortuous
We have to walk this thorny way
To reach our destination soft and gray
Before the end of this long hectic day
This morning gave us the message of hope
We took our way hale and hearty
We went on and on without delay
The winds turned against us
The time also became furious
Did we commit any sin in hope?
No that is not so, we would not stay
Take heart my friends and shake away
All your pains and all you fears
Because we have still to unfold
Some curious riddles and shores unknown
The unfathomed mysteries and Nature's folds
So go on walking this thorny way
With passionate hearts and flourishing hopes
Till you reach you cherished goal
Were you would find a sweet repose!
