A Thousand Poems Not Written Poem by Terence George Craddock

A Thousand Poems Not Written

Rating: 5.0

I am only playing
it took a long time to not
write a thousand poems

I am only tide time playing
upon tide shoreline only playing
sea breeze seeps into mindscape flowing
sudden salt taste wind sends poet standing still flying
time upon salt sea wind is crying crying
it took a long time to daily words
not write not writ not write

it took a long time to not write

I was not
sure I could do that
then after

all
the poems
in between

to start
again
as if

I
had
never
stopped

a thousand poems not written
I was not sure I could do that

then after all the poems in between
to start again as if I had never stopped
