About Morality Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

About Morality

Prisons are crated to house the criminals
Who commit the crime and jump the bail
For them the real place is inside barbed wall
So they remain inside with no outside contact at all

Prisoners are bound by laws
But it has flaws
The police is helping them with facility
They can strike anywhere with full capability

Prisoners are burden on public exchequer
Stand has to provide and offer
All facilities at the public’s cost
Many innocent individuals also rust

The brothels are created by us
It has no violation of trust
Pay the money and get enjoyment
Still we call them prostitute with ill comments

Here no religion plays role
Hindu, Muslim likes beautiful doll
Here no one questions about morality
Everything is mortgaged including integrity
