Absence - Inspired By Remains By Gordon Gilhuly

Rating: 5.0

Such an absence
Of innocence
Such ugly
In beauty
Such horrendous cries
In the devil's lies
Such lack of poetry
In day's philosophy
Yet poetry
Is liberty

Thank you, Richard. Yes, indeed, ...poetry is liberty and there is ugliness in beauty & beauty in ugliness and absolutely, there is no room for poetry in today's philosophy. You have hit the proverbial nail on the head. (Sorry about that cliche.)
