Absolute Happiness

What is happiness?
Where can it be found?
Like a kitten it sits in our lap
And then bounces off out of bounds.
What is happiness?
Where can it be found?
No, not in material things
With which we may ourselves surround.
What is absolute happiness?
Can it ever be found?
When our enlightened soul seeks detachment
Floodlit happiness abounds.
